I was just watching some DSDS audition episodes and realised something. There was an auditionee that had been in a support band for Tokio Hotel, he seemed genuinely really thankful to them as supporting TH gave him the chance to get noticed and become a little more successful, he also really seemed to stick up for them and respect them as a band… yet Bill and Tom didn’t recognise him whatsoever and didn’t even flinch when the guy said he’d supported them on tour, just kind of shrugged it off. Is it me or does anyone else find this slightly discouraging?… I don’t know about you but I’d be pretty pissed if I were him.
